With 29 years of full time Real Estate experience in the Albuquerque (ABQ) area, Jennifer will find the right buyer for your home and the right home for you. New to ABQ? She relocated twice across the country by herself, and understands what it takes to assist others in moving and choosing a new home.

She will share her many years of local knowledge with you to help you get settled in this wonderful state of New Mexico. Jennifer has extensive design experience and has sold hundreds of renovated homes. She will advise you on how to get your house ready to list so you get the best price for your property.
Originally from Houston, TX, and the youngest of nine children, Jennifer grew up in her family’s restaurant and property management businesses. She learned the importance of hard work, consistency, and customer service. At 18 she moved to Washington, DC, on a scholarship to Mt. Vernon College. After earning her BA, she moved to Albuquerque to work on her Master’s degree at UNM and has been home ever since. Jennifer gives 10% of her earnings towards scholarships for women’s higher education.
Jennifer is an avid gardener, growing many of her own fruits and veggies. Jennifer loves to cook, oftentimes creating original recipes inspired by what is ripe from the garden and by her unique Italian/Texan background. At age 23, she won a professional baking contest where she represented her then-employer, an Italian restaurant who didn’t make their own desserts but who wanted to enter the contest. Other interests include making jewelry, enjoying hot springs, and traveling.

Cass has always loved Real Estate. She is a licensed Qualifying Broker who began her career in Real Estate in 1989 & has been licensed in New Mexico since 1993. She has also been a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona since 2018. Cass has managed files since 1995 & has managed well over 5,000 files in her 28+ years as a Transaction Manager.
Cass has been married for 18 years to her wonderful husband Brian & has one beautiful, brilliant daughter. They are her biggest supporters each & every day. When she is not working she loves to run, read & hang out with her two dogs…or plan her next adventure.
